As always there is a problem with getting through on the telephone for an appointment at 8.30 a.m. By the time you do get through, all the appointments for that day have gone and you have to go through the same process the following day.
My covid booster was painless, did not feel the needle entry or the vaccine.
Getting an appointment is problematic. You have to wait in a queue to reach the receptionist then wait for a call-back. It feels like a game of luck!
It all worked as it should and as I expected
If your not on the phone spot on 8.30am you have to wait.The last time I made an appointment I was number 35.
This appointment was sent by yourselves.
I'm very happy with the surgery!!
